I was skeptical about if these capsules would make a difference to my pain . These do seem to work. I wasn't sure until I forgot to take full dose for a couple of days and pain came back. My use of painkillers has reduced since taking these.

I'm not long on these but I feel they are beginning to work. I suffer a lot of pain in my hip in the morning but in the last week it has eased a lot. Pain isn't my first thought when i wake up. I will continue with these.

Having seen good feed back, I decided to give this product a go. Certainly easier to swallow and so far so good, no crunching from the knees, and my shoulders are feeling better.

Been taking these for a month & seeing some improvement in my knees, less stiff in the mornings. Not been using my walking stick so hopefully the improvements continue.

Only been taking it a couple of months. Its has definitely eased my knee pain but, it's not the wonder drug that I was hoping. Going to continue taking it as I do feel my joints are a bit better.
