Processing Times
All orders are processed from our Blackburn, UK warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next business day.
UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail and DPD for all UK deliveries:
Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands may take 2–4 business days.
International Delivery
We ship to over 100 countries via tracked services:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We declare the full value of all items on customs forms in compliance with UK export regulations. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue items.
Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with full tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Delays & Failed Deliveries
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
For items damaged in transit, lost packages, or failed deliveries, please contact us at hello@naturesblends.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
