I’m in surgical menopause and I’ve had terrible bone pain. Unable to go on HRT so I thought I’d try Black Seed & Glucosamine. I’m 3 weeks in & they’re already helping soo much. I’m no longer waking up in the night because of the pain. I think another few weeks and I’ll see an even bigger difference. I’m staying on these. I’ve tried other supplements but nothing helped. I take 1 on a morning & 1 at teatime. I’d highly recommend these supplements but you do need to give them time to work.
Knee pain! What knee pain This has been very effective I suffered inflammation around my knees they would swell up with pain on and off. Since being on theses for around 3/4 weeks I have had no pain and back working out. I was also suffering with a lot of hairloss and i could be wrong but i feel its since i started taking these i havent been sheading and its calmed down so much Highly recommend

I take one capsule once or twice a day with food. It makes me feel more in control of my health and I’ve seen real improvements which is why I keep buying them again.
I can only share my customer experience on the shipping and initial overview of the product as I have not been taking them long enough to see any benefit. The product was shipped very quickly and received within a day. The soft gel capsules are nice in size and very easy to swallow. I’m excited to see if they help with my onset arthritis as this is my main reason for purchasing them.
